The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the OOP, along with assuming other duties that support the administrative functions of the entire department.
Heart (Passions + Purpose):

- Maintain a strong, personal relationship with God, exemplifying a disciplined plan of worship through prayer, Bible study, and financial giving of tithes and offering

Hands (Responsibilities + Duties):
- Aid where needed in overseeing projects and managing calendars, providing administrative support as needed support
- Make project improvements to ongoing departmental plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams, ensuring team actions remain in synergy and meet deadlines.
- Aid in preparation for meetings through the production of documents, handouts, reports, meals, and reminders as requested by the Executive Office Director for OOP
- Completing expense reports and managing department budgets
- Assist in leading OOP special events, including but not limited to hosting guests, managing lodging, transportation, and other event logistics
- Collaborate with various departments and staff members to execute and plan projects
- Assist Executive Office Director during weekend experience involvement
- Oversee planning for department outings
- And all other duties as assigned.
Head (Responsibilities + Duties):
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Ability to resolve conflict in a calming manner
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work systematically while managing multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to structure and organize multiple engagements and events simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating with groups and people of all ages, including public speaking
- Flexible in accepting additional responsibilities
- Adept at exercising discretion and setting priorities
- Works with minimum supervision
- Ability to make crucial decisions under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
